What is the DB PartnersProgram?

DB Partners is the partnership program of award-winning forex broker,DB Markets. Partner with us as an affiliate or Introducing Broker for some of the most competitive and flexible relationships in the industry.

Are there any fees to join the partner program?

No, there are no fees to join DB Partners. Signing up to become an Affiliate or IB is fast, easy and absolutely free of charge.

Do I need to have a website to joinDB Partners?

While having your own website is one way to promote yourself as a partner, it is not the only way. We provide a selection of advertising material for you to promote through whichever online or even offline channel you choose for your business.

How do I update my personal details?

Having your personal details kept up to date is paramount for payment purposes. Please email [email protected] whenever you need to make a change.

How can I attract leads and clients?

The promotional methods you use are entire up to you, and should fit in with your overall Affiliate or Introducing Broker business. We provide a selection of marketing materials and guidelines to get you started on our DB Partners website.

Are there any marketing methods that should be avoided?

We have some simple marketing guidelines that should be adhered to when promoting your business alongsideDB Partners, including not making promises of unreasonable profits, never impersonatingDB Markets directly and giving unlicensed trading advice. Please speak to one of our friendlyDB Markets team members if you’re unsure.

What happens if there’s a breach of conduct?

The DB Markets IB/CPA program is designed to reward honest and genuine referrals. We reserve the right to void/withhold commission entitlements and terminate memberships of the Affiliate program if IBs/CPAs fail to comply with all lawful directions given through DB Markets Arepresentatives or authorised representatives.

The Introducer/CPA affiliate must carry out the specified financial services honestly, professionally and with due care and skill, acting honestly and fairly in their dealings.DB Markets may, at its absolute discretion terminate any IB/CPA agreement if members are found to be abusing or taking unfair advantage of the program in any manner such as arbitrage or other exploits. Please speak to one of our friendlyDB Markets support team members for further information.

Can I bid on the ‘DB Markets’ keyword for paid search on search engines? ie Bing, Google, etc.

Absolutely not! Use of the name ‘DB Markets’ or any derivation of that name without our written consent is expressly forbidden and is deemed a serious violation of IB, CPA and Hybrid agreements. We regularly check on keyword bidding, and any partner found to be violating this policy will have their contract terminated as per clause 4.2.11 of the partner agreement.

What is an affiliate?

An Affiliate is a type of marketing program where a person or business refers other people toDB Markets in return for a cost per acquisition (CPA) financial reward.

How do I sign up as an affiliate?

Once you have decided that you’d like to sign up as an affiliate, simply head to theDB Partners home page and click the ‘Become a CPA Affiliate’ button and fill in the form. Once your account has been opened, you will have access to your own tracking and marketing tools.

What are our CPA rates?

Our CPA affiliate payout rates are tiered depending on which country you refer clients toDB Markets from. Please see the table below for full details on our CPA rates.

Do you offer an affiliate tracking platform?

Yes,DB Partners offers an affiliate tracking platform. When you’ve signed up as an affiliate, you will receive a unique tracking link that you can start using straight away to refer clients. You will then be able to see a detailed list of your referrals and their progression as traders.

Do you have any advanced reporting tools available to track CPA conversions?

Yes, once you’ve logged into our secure affiliate platform, as aDB Partners partner, you will have full access to detailed reporting tools to analyse your current account activity and pending client list.

How do I get notified about conversions?

Yes, theDB Partners affiliate platform makes it quick and simple to configure your own personal alerts when any particular goals are completed. When a specific set of rules is met, such as a conversion, you will receive a notification.

How often can I withdraw my CPA payments?

All our CPA payments are processed within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. You are then able to withdraw your commissions on the same day that you receive your payment.

How do I qualify for a CPA payment?

A CPA payment is triggered when our conditions are met. These conditions include: country, volume traded on certain products and the number of accounts referred per month. Please see our CPA tiers in the table below.

How do I qualify for the monthly bonus?

If you have signed a partner scheme with monthly bonus involved, in order for an affiliate to be eligible for their monthly bonus the following conditions must be met:

  • 1)  An affiliate must refer a minimum of 30 QFTDs per month to quality for the $3000 bonus, or refer a minimum of 50 QFTDs per month to qualify for the $10 000 bonus (QFTD – An account referred by an affiliate from our approved country list, who then deposits at least USD $500 and trades a volume of at least 2 standard forex lots).
  • 2)  Total net deposits for the month are a minimum of 2.5 times their monthly CPA commission total.
      ●  E.g. If an affiliate refers 56 QFTDs from approved Tier 1 countries, with their total monthly CPA commissions of 56 x $600 = $33,600, the affiliate is then eligible for an additional $10,000 bonus if the monthly net deposits are at least $33,600 x 2.5 = $84,000.
  • 3)  The monthly bonus is cumulative, which means that we will pay the bonus for each 30 or 50 QFTDs as long as the total net monthly deposits are a minimum of 2.5 times their monthly CPA commission total.
Where do I access promotional material such as banners and landing pages?

After logging into the secureDB Partners affiliate platform, click through to the Marketing Tools section of the site and apply the filters of your choice.DB Partners offers a large range of promotional materials, helping you to target different languages and regions.

What is the minimal withdrawal amount for affiliates?

The minimum withdrawal amount for CPA affiliates withDB Partners is $1000 USD. If your balance is less than the minimum withdrawal amount for the month, it will be rolled over to the following month.

Can I use my own promotional material?

You are free to use your own promotional material, as long as you adhere to our simple list of marketing guidelines that should be adhered to when promoting your business alongsideDB Partners, including not making promises of unreasonable profits, never impersonatingDB Partners directly and giving unlicensed trading advice. Please speak to one of our friendlyDB Markets team members for approval of your own material.

Where do I access my affiliate tracking link?

Your affiliate tracking link can be found in the affiliate platform, under the marketing tools section.

Can I refer another affiliate?

Yes, you are able to refer another affiliate that will sit underneath you and allow you to earn further commissions. Please speak to your account manager about setting up a tailored relationship to suit your own personal business needs.

As an affiliate am I able to refer myself or my family members?

While our expectation is that Affiliate’s would refer natural flow from mostly unrelated individuals/entities, we are able to make exceptions depending on the referral’s circumstances. Should Affiliates wish to refer themselves or family members, these referrals are required to deposit a minimum of $3,000 and trade a minimum of 10 FX lots to qualify for CPA payments.

Please note that related or self-referrals will be reviewed by our Risk Department to ensure validity.

IB FAQs

What is an IB?

A Forex Introducing Broker (IB) is an agent which introduces new business toDB Markets. In return for client referrals, the IB will receive an ongoing payment derived from a share of the spread or commission charged by the brokerage on their referred client’s trading.

How do I sign up as an IB?

Once you have decided that you’d like to sign up as an Introducing Broker, simply head to theDB Partners home page and click the ‘Become an Introducing Broker’ button. Once your account has been opened, you will have access to your own tracking and marketing tools.

Where do I access promotional material such as banners and landing pages?

Your account manager will provide you with all of the customised landing pages, banners and help that you need to promote yourself alongside the respectedDB Markets brand.

When are my IB rebates paid?

IB rebates are paid the day after one of your referred clients closes a trade. For example, if the client closes their trade on Monday, the IB rebate would be paid on the Tuesday.

How do I apply for IB rebates through the IB portal?

To apply for IB rebates, go to your client portal and then apply for IB commissions. This will trigger the sweep into your trading account.

How can I withdraw my IB rebates?

Once your IB commissions have been transferred to your trading account, you can make a regular withdrawal from your client portal.

Where do I access my IB referral link?

You have to login to your IB client portal, click the IB management tab and then the IB links. You will see 2 links, 1 being for live account referrals and 1 being for demo account.

Can I see the clients who have signed up under my IB referral link?

Yes, once you’ve logged into our secure client IB portal, as aDB Partners IB, you will have full access to detailed reporting tools to analyse your current client list.

Can I refer another IB?

Yes, you are able to refer another IB that will sit underneath you and allow you to earn further rebates. Please speak to your account manager about setting up a tailored relationship to suit your own personal business needs.
